does anyone know the part number for a standard and long range vl tank sender? the 1 i have here has a number of 92029716 and i think it's a standard 63l one, cheers.

yeah fair enough. so if i purchase a 2nd hand diff centre complete with gears etc i still need to get it meshed properly? the only way to do it properly is give it to a diff builder or by a diff...

i'm looking at converting my diff centre to an lsd. currently has an open wheeler 28 spline with 3.45 gears in it. now i can buy a new 4pinion 28 spline lsd carrier for about $600 plus...

u can't just change the injectors without sorting your ecu out first. u will have to go aftermarket ecu or get one of those nistune things done on yours.

ok i must be doing something wrong here. just put a new rail in my car with 14mm type injectors. now start the car she revs real high and you can hear it sucking air. if i put a bit of upwards...

could also be the modulator in the gearbox if it's an auto. check the vacuum line coming up from the gearbox into the plenum, if there is oil in there then your modulator is screwed.

finally pulled my finger out and had a look, ended up being the plastic fan, one of the blades had snapped off, god only knows how but yeah, i changed it and she's all good now.

the car still runs fine, it idles at about 800-900 rpm, aftermarket mgmt. i'm positive it's not engine/tune related. something is out of wack. does it cold or hot, randomly.
