The whole deal on the 5.7 was 15k drive in drive out-3-4 days to do it nicely and easy...

last car i did was with a htv-1900 5.7 auto-stock pipes-

came in with 220 rwkw on my dyno and lefted with 330 rwk on 7...

to really get the gains- and have a decent 224+ duration cam to really get your money's worth-

if i were you

ls2 block to keep it all alloy and still retain better weight...

it does not matter if a ls2 is going into a retro fit car or a vt-vy s2-

just get a tb to suit- the intake flange-

early ls1 had a 3 bolt pattern and ls2 onwards had 4-

ls3 engine is a revised engine over the ls1-ls2 stuff-

when you get deep into them you will see some issues from the ls1 stuff been address in the ls3-

the factory sleeves have step up a gear...
