Rmz250 need help

Hi guys I have a Suzuki rmz250 08 model. There is nothing mechanically wrong with the bike always starting on first kick.
Although I do have a slight problem with the throttle it is very stiff.
When you give it power or rev it the throttle is stuck and you have to physically turn it back. It's not a major problem but it's annoying if use can shed any light on this please leave a comment.
Slippery when dry.

could be that the throttle tube on the bars is jamming against the handlebar end. try loosen the bolts and move it a bit off. has happened to me before when it was dropped (albeit on my old yz80).

happens to my 10yr when he stacks it from time to time.
the 'bar end' to throttle grip end gap needs to be about 2mm to prevent it from rubbing when bike falls over.
if you don't have bar ends, best get some.

could also need to be slid off the bars and then cleaning of mud/rust from under it. clean the inside of the throttle grip tube while its apart,

some graphite powder to lube the bars when you reinstall.
