Vc commodore brake and hub upgrade

hey guys

my vc was originally a 4cyl, the previous owner put a 308 in it, but pretty much did nothing to the brakes

i really want to upgrade to some nice discs for a bit better piece of mind when driving around
i also want to upgrade the hubs from 5x114.5 to 5x120 like ALL other commodores apart from 4cyl vb's and vc's...

im assuming holden wouldnt have been so nice as to make everything the same so as to make the conversion very simple...

so my question is...what other parts do i need to change/upgrade to make new hubs and brakes work on my car? axles? front assembly?

thanks guys, this is all helping me along the path to make the perfect car!

I have a feeling that the hubs etc might have been a straight change over. (I might be wrong tho cause it was over 10 years ago when i changed the ones on a 4 cylinder vh commodore)
I still have the car out the back of the shed aswell as the donor car that i put the smaller stud pattern hubs back on. So i will try to have a look tomorrow or over the weekend to compare.
Cheers
Ben
