My Money

Just wondering if anyone can help me out? I finally saved up enough cash for a set of simmons fr19's only to do a deal interstate with a guy that ripped me off $4500 and gave me jack. His phone is disconnected and he wont reply to emails. I have had the cops onto it for about nearly 3 months now and I'm just getting the run around. The guys name is Matthew J Sipple from lower bucca in NSW so if anyone has any info on this guy it will be muchly appreciated

The coppers will get him, If this guy gave bank details the cops will already know who it is and they will find him . It's just a matter of time. He was'nt a bright Spark, His just left the doors wide open for him to be found! The only thing is yeh they find him and charge him but you will never see your money again. A Similar thing happend to me for a couple of grand and i never saw that money again even though the guy was found and charged.

Yeah that included courier from NSW. This was done before I new Tempe was doing them again. When you really want something you tend to pay more than its worth. I still havent heard jack from the cops. 4 months and still waiting

Mate I gave them everything they need to catch this bloke. I've rang the cops heaps of times and they reckon they can't do anything until the case is assigned to them? It's bull****! And they wonder why people take the law into their own hands

Thanks mate. I found out that the cops went to his house and he told them that I bought an engine off him and not the simmons so the cops did F^*K all about it. Its hard because its interstate which is absolute crap! I spoke to the cops in vic where I made the complaint and they sais to give them another month. I cant believe that its taking so long. The bull**** thing is if I took the matter into my own hands I'll be the one in **** quick smart! Funny how the law works isn't it!

it's relatively easy and cheap

Like inspired said. no comission no help. or so it seemed in my case anyway. But this guy has likely done this before and thinks luck is on his side but theres only a certain amount of people you can rip off before it gets traced back to u which in his case im sure it will. that guy should consider himself lucky if he gets caught by the police because if it were anyone else im sure they wont be so forgiving. but you just have to make sure that u make it your job to keep up with it for as long as u feel necessary and make sure the cops do their job. there is a computer crime investigation unit that deals specially in this area so find out about them through the police and make a claim with them and give them the details that u have collected (i have not yet done this myself). that may be your best bet. hopefully they can trace his isp address or something through his forum activity

The only way you will get him is to hire a private investigator get all your infomation about him they can track him down might cost you but once he is found he can face a serious offence maybe jail time he has maybe done this to others not on this forum.
