Can't Start 304 engine.

Hi I have a HZ statesman that i have fitted a 304 engine in having issues getting it to start, i have replaced hall effect sensor ignition module and ecu, checked maf sensor has spark and injector pulse and fuel pump works,still wont fire, even reset timing by getting engine to TDC on compression stoke and refitting distributor and leads in correct position, run out of ideas any help would be appreciated
