Pipes are done. Now the dump pipe will be finished and the wastegate will be plumbed up.

Beautiful bro. Your car is a work of art and a credit to all the people who've put in the effort. Love the manifold. Convo pro's, tubbed, calais, nice simple colour......

This is a GT4508R with a TIAL housing.

It is usually mistaken for a GT47 because of the comp cover. The comp covers are the same from GT45 - GT55. The way to spot the difference from the GT45 to the 47 is the core, The 47 is not water cooled.

TIAL housing's are available for just about any garrett turbocharger from GT28 all the way up to GT45.

Thanks for your comments. The billet housing i had 4 years ago and i'll most likely be making my own. Great spot with the tensioner yes it will have correct tension once its tightened.

I still have 30mm clearence from the top of the comp cover to the bonnet. There was no difference in the way it looked when it was maxed out so we prefered the clearence. I'll still have a solid mounted motor regardless that will help with the billet clamps.

It will be back soon but not before yours
