Its getting close. Been smashing through the wiring last couple of days. About 3/4 of way though the engine harness and then to do the battery and relay setup.

For some reason the 25det box isnt activating the reverse switch. Unsure if i should take the whole box to a shop for a check or just roll with it.

Still hacking away at the wiring. *Boot setup about 80% done. Not as tidy as id like but a few more cable ties and some nylon braided sleeve might tidy it up.*
Pretty much just got the battery cables left to sort out oh and make a panel for the relays and fuse holder to mount to.

I think so. For some reason i was testing the one that came with the skyline box wrong. I changed the plug over to the VL one and got the box in. Will have to keep my fingers crossed and hope i got it right.

Had an absolute nightmare getting the clutch fork and slave cylinder to work together. Thought it was because i used the skyline release bearing which is thicker then the VL one. But after swapping that it still wouldnt work and my mate realised the pivot point was spaced out. Took out the spacer and it seems to line up mint.

Made an aluminum panel for the relays, just have to tidy up the wiring some more and print out a nice looking label.

Also mounted and wired the fuel filter and flex fuel sensor

.

Boot relay wiring just about done. Some cable ties and braided sleeve should finish it off nicely

Engine bay also almost done. Need to sort out a power steering reservoir

98% Finished engine bay pic and another one purely because i cant get enough of it.

Now to figure out this dam link G4. I manage to get it running but not for longer then 20 seconds. Think its fouling the plugs big time. I'm not used to this modern technology after working with the G1 for so long.

I have a mate at work to thank for that. Could use another coat of paint but looks super slick and a bit more stealth then a piece of billet and a lot cheaper.

Car pulled 220kw at 10psi on the dyno. Kinda wanted to lean on it but the tuner didnt rate the internals to last long on 18 psi which didnt make sense to me.

That was Tuesday. Got my cheap semi slicks fitted to my spare rims and hit the track friday. Took it down to Pukekohe on Friday

Had a blast, car ran super smooth. Used the ECU logging which was great. Intake air temps never got over 20 degrees all day. Engine temp never got dodgy and my oil cooler thermostat worked a charm. Engine warmed up, got to 81 and back to 80, and then went between 80 and 81 as it did its thing.
**** quality video but you get the point.

Nice! I'm guessing the tuner meant 10psi? You would want to go much past that if your motor's only got stock internals which I'm assuming it has? 220 is still a pretty good number though!

He said itll go forever on 10 psi but said 18 and it could last a week.
Dont get me wrong im stoked with 220 but everyone wants more.
E85 would be helping too. Ive seen a few cars on here with NA bottom ends pulling 300kw for awhile
