275 tyres

hey there. currently running a shortedn borgwarner diff. 50mm off each side. with 15x8 4.5 weld wheels. wanted to find out if its possible to modify the rear end of the car to fit 275 et radial tyres. without going mini tubs.thanks for your time

I had G60 M&H Racemasters 255/60/15 on the back of my VH with a 15x8 4"bs wheel . Used to scrub quite a bit

Don't know with shortened diff but I'm running 275's on the rear of my VL with the original diff and factory rolled guards. If you have the right offset on your rim you should just fit them.

from what i know the shock mounts have to be moved and you can't run standard control lower arms

20 x 9.5 with a 52p offset with a 275 tyre on it. You have room for a 275 (minimum clearance) you just need the right offset.Speak to a wheel specialist and they will tell you exactly what offset you will need.
