Mines not overly quick but i get just over 300km per tank and its around $35 to fill. On petrol with premium it was almoast $100 to fill and 350kms per tank.
My tank is 70L.

and i think the distance from converter to t/b is to reduce the chance of flow interuption and also to help with starting/priming and throttle response n what not. on my old VK i had a converter mounted verticly and had at least a metre from converter to t/b and never had a problem...
but obviously youd want to do it by the book in a high performance setup.
Does it really effect the responsiveness?
Once running the vapour line should have a constant gas supply shouldn't it?

And what if an electronic primer was fitted?
Would this fix the cold start problems?

Is GRA gear the only real way to go with boost?

No other mixers people have tried and recommend?

I already puchased a GRA T/B off someone on this site and never recieved it. The price they are fetching makes me real anoyed that im going to have to pay another $500approx for another T/B

Have a look at this stuff. This is THE ultimate in performance LPG.
I have just become one of their supplier/ fitters in Vic.
http://www.profire.com.au/
They have some pretty big HP cars over in the west running this stuff.

its a rajab racing plenum, chose this plenum due to it being cast made a bit stronger than most out there, and its a proven plenum, just in case of a backfire

This is a VE calais I just finished converting to gas using the new JTG LIQUID INJECTION system.
It gained an extra 21.4 RWKW over petrol!!!!
More torque and power from idle to redline when compared to petrol. Drivability is amazing as the torque comes in alot sooner in the range and it gets up and screems with much more urgency than petrol.
All at $1 less per litre!!!!

And here's a shot of a XR6Turbo I did last week.
this gains 20RWKW over petrol. Once again NO tuning whatsoever (the petrol ECU runs the liquid injectors directly, there is no piggy back ECU)
Liquid injection is more suited to boosted applications as it acts as a chemical intercooler, therefore chemically supoercharging the engine by freezing the air intake charge entering the engine.
this stuff is the future of LPG by a long shot!

Its sposed to be only 5% more gas use than petrol.
I haven't got any concrete feedback yet.

hmm
seeing as the kits aren't really car specific, whats the price of the tank alone for these liquid injection systems?

yeah i know how they work and understand they're expensive.
but if the system is able to be run off aftermarket ECUs, then to me, with a tank, lines and injectors, it could be setup in a similar fashion to a normal petrol system, which i feel with the tank installed, i could takle most of the other ****, keeping costs down alot.

but just something i thought i'd suss out lol.
im not keen on spending $4.5k on something that doesnt need fixing (my gra setup)
