Send a message via MSN to DA HOON
check your connections mate, usually the ignition module is the problematic child. since you changed everything tho, connections and fuses.

hey guys,

So i have the engine and box from a vr v8 auto. have followed the wiring diagram and the efi relay clicks in all good, but im having drama's from the fuel pump one.

The relay does not click, and i cant get power from the green and white wire.

I have power at the red/orange on the oil sensor but not the purple.

any idea's???

How can i check that the computer is actually transmitting a signal as i have no spark either?

Cheers

Ok i have done this and it works perfectly thanks so much. To those trying this take your time and double check as you go (i ****ed a couple up) my mistake was using 12v power supplies to the computer relay that had 12v with ignition on but when it was cranking over would drop off essentually disabling the ECU easy fix and now runs no problem.

Pink - anti theft connect to 12v

And

Ignition supply wire to the EFI relay

These 2 i had connected to poor 12v supplies

hi
I have finished wiring my vk using your great write up and instructions. I am having a problem with my fuel pump- the pumps will prime but they will not run when the car starts. I have connected straight to power to make sure the pumps were ok and they work fine. not sure if I have hooked up something wrong or whats going on. please help
