NZ BT1 Finally under construction

Hey guys this is going to be the thread as I make progress on the BT1 I started on it today got the moulds and bumpers off it and all the lights out of it.....Sanding will start next weekend.
The top photo was at midday today...I took it for a we drive before i parked her up

As some of you know its going to be yellow with silver bumpers it will have the police rims for a while but hope to get some nice mags for it....basic car itself will be kept stockish looking other than lowerd with mags and a bit of engine work.

I rescued the car from the previous owner.....but it was the owner before him that fuc*kd it up....its been driven hard and never been looked after was very run down when I got it....and it is the only known BT1 Turbo in the country so it deserves a top makeover to return it to its former glory

Good to hear that muffler is going though!

Yeah man best thing you can do is stop driving it and strip it right back. Otherwise you'll look back and wish you did it properly

Too much money for FR19s in NZ. Let me know when you are ready to buy because I can get some brands wholesale
