just ordered some performance valve springs not sure when theyll be here as there coming from aussie and also getting a cam made up to suit the engine .was told it would be made from a blank camshaft and be ready in a couple of weeks . once parts arrive the valves and seats will be done and the head machined. finally getting to the exciting bit of the build.lol cant wait till its done.

havent looked into it much yet but was thinking getting a trans i already have strengthened , hi stall converter, trans brake and a shortened hiace diff but will probably go for a later model commodore diff shorten it and make it fit

just put the VN diff in as axles are easy to find
just flare your guards to fit if need be

25mm out each side is alot and would mean custom rims if you wanted a decent fitment

Mini spools arnt cool lol....they are only good for 1 thing.....skids......they are also illegal here lol......friend of mine put one in his skyline and they wouldnt give him a WOF

hey heres what ive been working on lately engines all complete apart from the rocker cover which still has to be cleaned and painted.just started buying the bolt ons now i got the money from selling the other car . engine should be finished soon and then i can move onto the car.

hey guys just a quick question im having a plenum made at the moment just wondering what vacuum lines and sensors i have to run trying to do away with any unnessasary stuff

if the plenum is thick enough you can drill and tap fittings in after to suit

What NZ VL com said... I got my 25det one modified to a forward facing setup. Underneath I had an extra plate welded on, which was drilled and tapped to accept hose tails. That way you can hide all the vacuum lines under the plenum.
