cost more to get tyres off then back on,and hopefully they wouldnt mark them in doing so!!

white on white looks good......do it and if it turns out arse paint em again. No major loss, youre a painter anyway. get a darker offset shade then code the powder to it. Powder it and awsomeness occurs. Most success Rewa's seen since the KFC reno.

what shocks/springs are in DOSEIT/VLTGOD? (previous owner Matt might have a better idea). From reading his original thread its KYB shocks with Dobi Super Super Lows?

It's just that I emailed Dobisons to get a part number for the super super lows, but they told me they don't do such a spring for the VL?

Yea Alex flipped his shock mounts upside down, so the shocks hold the diff about 1" closer to the body when fully extended - which means you can put a slightly shorter spring in and it'll still be captive.

Kelvo, I've got the heat shield from your blue calais if you want it (think it bolts up near the firewall and protects where the aircon pipes run and the fusebox) if that helps at all.

Do new shocks all round and that'll get rid of most the floatyness/boatyness.

VN front struts are the same as VL. Also VR live rear springs are the same as VL springs. Also no need to compress, just cut them (as long as they are still captive)

they were on it when i bought it,i believe Matt payed round 3600 with tyres?
replacement tyres are anywhere from 300+ each, anything less than that are just rubbish tyres.but id love to be proved wrong.
