Apexi SAFC

Hi I just brought a vl turbo
Can you use a Apexi Safc on a vl turbo. Would it make it run better ?
Or what other computers can I get ?
or just use a ajustable fuel reg ?
also what else can I do to make it quicker ?

Hey trbs, i asked about this awhile ago as i was thinking of using ca18det injectors (straight bolt in, low impendence, 380cc) but doesnt seem like any1s mucked around with them on here. Everybody just suggests an aftermarket ecu and gtr injectors. I couldnt really see y u couldnt use a safc, but some1 did mention injectors like gtr 1's are too big for a safc. What other mods do u have, firstly u should get/have a fmic and 3" exhaust atleast. and from there it all depends on how much power u want. theres probably no point trying to use an safc with standard injectors as the standard ecu seems to work fine until you max out the injectors. after that, u will need bigger, or more injectors.

got a apexi safc2 hooked up, now running 14psi, runs heeps better

It was probably me that mentioned the safc to run the CA18 injectors as the safc specs says it can run injectors up to 50% bigger. Ive been looking into it safc or a Greddy E-manage but I don't want to be a guinne pig and now I'm starting to look at a nistune board.

If ur after a nice a/f ratio and u not chancing decent power, I rekon u cant go wrong with one of those NizTune chips!

I wouldnt mind geting on to have alook at the standard ecu in my other na vl+t burnout car.
