Scoop for balance line to converter, noisy

I use a scooped barb in the hot pipe from the turbo, as recommended by GRA, for the balance line to the converter. My problem is that it makes the most anoying whistle when under any load. Has anyone had this same problem and found a way to get rid of the noise?

Any help would be great, it's driving me nuts

Yeah very sure, the whistle your talking about is caused by the idle mixture control screw. This noise has only started since I put the new balance line in with the scoop.

Finally fixed the sound, I turned the barb 90 deg's to the direction of air flow and the sound disappeared. no LPG pressure issues at all, or flat spots
