just a bit of an update,

I had the car out at our local street meet just for some fun, ran a best of 12.2 on some average sized street tyres, but cleaning out the catch can after this event gave me tell tale signs of wear and tear on the bottom end and excessive blow by, so i decided to pull out the motor and start fresh!

i picked up a bottom end from Lachlan (TUXEDO) that he recently built for his car, but then decided to go in another direction. The bottom end consists of the block being bored 0.20", honed, decked and rotating assembly balanced consisting of Probe SRS forged pistons, Precision Motorsport H beam rods, ARP rod bolts, head and main studs.

i will be making some upgrades on the fuel system, ignition and boost control also. Cant wait for it to be ready!

well so a lot has happened since the last update...

i chose my new hotside which consists of a 6boost high mount manifold, t4 split merge, sitting on top is a Precision ball bearing 6466 with a .84 split rear housing. exhaust gases being controlled by a Turbosmart 50mm progate.

All sitting in the engine bay for the first time...

Made my own 4" dump pipe and 2" screamer on the tig at home...

everything finished up the night before it got taken to the tuners...

Basic 2x bosch 044 pump setup,

The car ended up making 340rwkw on 22psi on a mainline dyno using united e85 fuel...the car is awesome to drive and very quick, just need a stronger trans to put some more boost into it, im planning on getting it to the track soon just having fun cruising it first..
