thanks man the old housing was a .82 as for brakes its nothing special just 290mm slotted rotors and vs calipers with a 1inch mastercylinder and good old drum brakes on the rear. in need of an upgrade soon might look at some willwoods or the skyline setup

Looking good man...Any reason for changing the pattern or was it just part of rebuilding the Trans?

Ohhh that makes sense....So when you take off can you just chuck it straight into 3rd or do you have to go through the gears like a manual?

Its like a completely different car , can finally go full throtle its a bit of a handful now.Still having issues with the 2 step unit waiting to hear back from msd about that. Bit of an update , if you didnt already know the motor let go at the spring nationals drags. The vacuum line to the fuel pressure regulator came off and it leaned out. It blew the head gasket and put a small hole in the head and started melting the spark plugs. As the engine was striped down further two of the gudgeon pins were found to have broken in half and damaged the pistons. Anyways the new parts finally turned up today. New cp pistons , spool conrods , upgraded gudgeon pins , acl bearings , cometic head gasket and arp head studs.
Once the engine builder gets back from holiday it will be assembled and boosting again
