fire brigade red A9Y sedan
was looking to see what this model is and abit more info about it at all, Your car is a Holden SL/Executive Commodore Sedan
From the factory it was equipped with the Non-Turbo Nissan RB30E producing 114kw at the flywheel. It was produced in 1988 at the Adelaide plant with a serial number of 90903 is is factory manual, produced in june 88, it didn't come with aircon, but did come with factory central locking, Apparently the code "A9Y" mean a holden dealers marketing package, but i searched it and did some asking and came up with nothing, i don't know but im quite sure this is not a common colour for the vl and the only other car that came out with this colour was the VL Nitron, plans are to restore it back to it's former glory one day.... any info would be muchly appreciated thanks ! |

Maybe it was a nitron? I have one, as far as I'm aware nitrons were the fire Brigade vls, they were all manual but I thought they were all 86 too!
