Clocking turbo

Hey guys had a quick question so my turbo requires to be clocked as the drain is facing the top and the feed is at the bottom and so I have completely taken every bolt off and the front housing has came off easily but the rear is just not wanting to come off it is a Garrett gt35/82r and it's annoying as I loosened it didn't work,took every bolt out still didn't work,soaked it in wd40 hit it with a mallet didn't work could anyone please lead me to the right direction of what I have to do thanks guys.
