It's set to 15deg now it is a bit better wen I accelerate and back off and accelerate again (just reving it on the spot) it sounds like its drowning and then it back fires

are they standard NA injectors or are they standard turbo injectors?
turbo injectors are brown top n/a injectors are like an orange/yellow top i dont think na injectors are compatible with a turbo ecu ....... which may be your problem if thats what you have done |

They are compatible for impedance but not same cc's.
Turbo ECU will run engine way lean using NA injectors. Could try cranking the fuel pressure up another 10psi but you can't run more than stock boost unless you installed a higher volume fuel system.

some do but it won't run all that good either.
the NA camshaft is quite different and requires a different ignition map to get good throttle response.

I've either chipped the ECU or installed Nistune in them. quickest way to get up and running and much easier in the long run on the hip pocket.

what about head gaskets ??
My block has been bored 40 thousand. I'am looking at buying forged pistons and spool rods (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NISSAN-RB...6vXEZJzV1SbWtg) other then that it's a A6 motor and standard turbo running gear
