Do you have a build no??It does not seem right(even the door handles)The Le was a eariler version to the sport.Someone has even removed the chrome trim.

No I don't yet that's the first thing I asked him for as I say it's a genuine A8 calais turbo but weather it's a mock up LE who knows although he did say it has a build number !

I'll check it out when I get some free time

That is a few more VLT's than I thought were in NZ.

I owned a White SL Turbo Manual with a Brock Kit. Attached some pics I dug out and scanned.

A White Calais Turbo Manual that was repainted Light Blue. Bought it damaged and repaired it. Beautifull car. Blue interior. (My old man owned it)

A late imported Champagne over Silver Berlina Turbo (Calais Front) Auto wagon. Grey interior. Converted it to Manual. Heard that the silver got removed.

Also had another guy that had a Light Blue over Silver Calais Turbo that lived in our area. It was also factory Manual. Grey interior.

Lost contact with all the owners I sold to.

I used to be a member atleast 10 years ago and met Brent with a Turbo Calais Race car at Taupo one year. I can't remember my old user name. I'm pretty sure it was VLT WGN.

Makes me feel old. Hahaha.

I'm hoping to step back into a VL some day soon. Hoping its a Walkinshaw. Could be a Rep. Love the VL.

Yea mate sure do. It was a hell of a quick car when I owned it. The boost canister gave it some unreal punch.
I've wondered what happened to the other vlt's we owned went.

Hey Dan, unsure what you mean?
The guy that I bought it off had a VL Turbo nut from OZ fit the boost canister. You can see i mounted on the fire wall. It was tee'd in to the waste gate line. The guy that used to own a VLCT in my area fitted one to his car also.
