hey guys just been finishing up all the little things over the last couple of weeks, fitted my guages into the brightline fabrications holder, fitted and adjusted the b&m pro ratchet shifter, door trims and finished off the fuel system in the boot. The car gets dropped off to the tuners in a few days and i hope to have it back in a week or two.

so thought i should update my thread as its been a while...

After spending many of weeks at the tuners the car was finally tuned and running. One of the bigger hurdles was the tuner not being able to get the Link G1 ecu to talk to the map sensor, so a new ecu was sourced a Haltec sprint 500 and long loom. They then picked up the pace and before i knew it i was driving the car to its first event, surely enough once i got there problems startedas i didnt have enough time to go through some teething issues. The biggest loss was my Aeromotive eliminator fuel pump seizing up which meant i did not see the track, its now just been replaced with a 044. and a b&m shifter cable fitted by the shop was not routed away from the exhaust causing it to melt and failed to select gears.

so the car ended up making 273rwkw on 16psi on e85, ill be making some small modifications and getting a re tune. in general im really happy with how the car drives, sounds great and drives smooth.

thanks mate, i find the sprint 500 to be fine on my setup, at the time it was a budget thing otherwise i would have gone for the sport 1000. It has great features and compatibility with other haltec products.
