Selo's VL Calais Turbo

Well guys I am nearly 18 in 4 months, I saved up 5 grand and i wanted to buy a nice clean vl calais but wasnít going any higher than 5 k well recently I just brought my self a 1987 vl calais s2 for 5 grand. i have been saving for one for so long....
BY THE WAY I GOT MY CAR OFF A GIRL WHITCH SHE BROUGHT IT OF HER DADS, AND SHE DROVE IT FOR 2 YEARS BUT SHE COULDNT AFORED TO DO IT UP COSS SHES WAS AT UNI.. The car was really clean it only has done 208 thousand ks, no cuts to the interior and no smoke holes.. the only problem was the boot which ill get it fixed so I donít mind about that..
So since I brought it I have put new tyres and polished my original mags, all new brakes, new leather steering wheel, new horn, and most of all new number plates they are called ( MUZAVL )...

The first pic is the real colour of my car... ( Sorry guys this is 3 different phone cameraís and so there $%07
Anyways TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK.....

well bro i got it off the yellow pagers ...

but this guy chaged $40 for each rim but the problem is if you still have your wheels on it its $60 each so its 40 bucks to polish them and 10 bucks to take off and put on. aparently there is a tyre shop next to him so... if you need to do that they will work it out for you ...

when i called him he know about the calais mags i asked him how the rim was and he said to me dont worry i have done it alot of times... " he was like so they look like 50cent coin .... so i am gessing he knows what hes talking about ...

why do people think... is it try hard to have the plates to the side.... with no cooler ..

man i get your point ture .. but i have been saving up bad for this turbo convertion .. if not brecicani or jpc.. i dont know about rajab yet
but its on the way ...

true .. if people think that go for it .. but i like it like that .. and soon there will be a cooler there so then it wont be a problem ..

i reckon u should buy all the gear of this site and do it urself, save alot of money that way, then u can think about spending more cash on gearbox, diff ect.

see yeh... you know how much people have told me that i would love to do it but man i got no skills ..

ture after finding out how much the price's are for diff and tranz its made me think .. but yet agen .. i am wiling to buy that too .. i got a couple of mates ... but still i might get help off them ...

would it be posible if i could get auto vlt tranz and lsd diff at about 2.5k....

hey once its all done.. doesn't it need like a tune and like doesn't the engine need to be all checked a timed like psi,ecu all those other stuff, so its tuned for the turbo specs..............or is it like after you bolt on everything it works perfect....

can someone explain for me plz

bolt everything on man then use a timing gun to adjust the tuning and its easy to check the psi just use a boost gauge!!!

hey guys and girls ..

Its been a long time now and i have done heaps of updates to my car but Neva had a chance to pop it up on ct ..

after all i have done a few things now ..

* Turbo conversion, ( by bresciani racing )
- t3 turbo
- vlt injectors
- vlt ecu
- vlt runners/plenum
- bosh 910 pump
- turbosmart boost crontroller ( set at 10 psi )
- pro comp boost gauge
- turbo timer
- 3 inc custurm pipeing with cooler
- on hi-comp
* Brakes ( twin pistion 330's drilled and slotted (front) 315 drilled and slotted vy single pistion (back ) )
* Sigs 19's
* Lowered ( at pedders )
* exhaust ( by bresciani racing ) ( lol not the cannon tho )

thats all i can think of now .. but if i remember ill add
ill post up some pics of the progress

and see how you guys like it ..

also big thanks to SPIKE for moving my thread into the turbo section ..
