Thanks for the comments guys! Just a quick post picked up my surge tank, cooler pipes, fuel pump, catch can, power steer res, coolant overflow, window washer bottle, front turbo housing and a few bits off my amps from the polishers yesterday. Very happy with how they turned out! Just waiting on the radiator and fan shroud to be done now!

Interior 95% in and done. Sparco front race seats with door trims and rear seat to match. I painted all the dash up black and had the roof trim made up and rear c pillars trimmed and installed it all myself, had to trim it to fit, cutting holes for lights etc. Also Quicksilver shifter, hsv pedals, autometer cluster and gauges in sunglasses holder. Pretty happy with how it has all turned out so far.

Radiator all polished up and base plate for calais nosecone all rubbed back and resprayed black. Put most of the polished bits all back in the bay which is now also about 85% complete. Just waiting on the fittings and hose for the top radiator hose and the solid brake lines to be made up and I can check it all over and add fluids.

Yer I wasnt originally going to do the dash black but nothing else would really go with the blue of the trim and I think the black tones it down and blends it all together nicely.

Got the turbo beanie second hand off ebay (didnt fit on the turbo the guy bought) but is a good one so got a $250 beanie for like $80 and is still like new.

That was the original plan but this interior came up at a good price that I couldn't turn down and has barely been used so opted for something a little different.

Couple of small updates, billet fitting and braided vac line for the brake booster and braided top radiator hose with fittings.

Will get the solid brake lines made up this week hopefully then start making sure everything is tightened up and start adding all the fluids.

The braid is a cool touch! But isn't that top radiator hose too small?

Been working on my boot install for the past few weeks... subs, amps, surge tank and battery all built in with blue lighting throughout and sub box mirrored inside. The panels on the sides casing in the surge tank and battery are both removable so you can access them if needed...

All thats left to do to the boot now is trim the underside of the boot lid and also cut some carpet into round pieces to hide the screws holding the subs in.

Thanks for the kind comments guys! Plenty of room in the boot for some shopping and could probably squeeze a pram in there if needed! lol

Just need a few opinions... Ive got a couple of mint genuine calais badges and bullet style badges that go on the fenders. Do you reckon put them on there to make it have that original look or leave them off?
