harrop has the goods, c.o.m.e are junk (for holden 5L), Chev Off-road Marine get it? PWR also have a kit.you should increase the displacement to 327-355ci include a set of arias 9:1 possibly 10:1 forgies and proper fuel + chip, you'd be laughin all day everyday......everyday i have seen this combo very nice would cost slightly more tho

Im starting to earn some decent money now so I might start buying pieces for her. Do you guys have any ideas? Ill get some ideas off here and then speak to my mechanic and see what he recomends.

No point really talkin about cam sizes yet..

Basically Im looking for 350 - 400hp. Injected heads, 330ci stroker (using chev bits.. i wanna do somethin a little different and chev internals are pretty cheap). I want to be able to chuck a 100 - 150shot of n2o on her after its all been put together. want to have some decent driveability, fuel economy isnt a huge issue. as it shouldnt be when you start talkin performance..

really i dont want anything that crazy that its hard to drive around.

umm ive just had a new box put in that should handle that power.. if it dies it dies. ive got an vl turbo lsd at a mates shed to put in. that should do it for the driveline..

i myself am looking to stroke my 308 walky replica to atleast 355. with the cost of the 330 - 333 i see no point in them. I highly recommend harrop kits as i have found the COME kits have always required adding weight to them. I too want to be different to most, and am still considering rebuilding the 308 with strong internals and adding a PD blower instead, i'll just have to wait and see how far my money goes. good luck
