patrol rb30 misfire

Iv got a gs patrol and all of s sudden it's developed a really bad mis iv changed the leads and coil the plugs cap and rotor button is less the 3months old I haven't had the time to look at it so what would everyone suggest looking at ? And it's still carbureted
