the efi 304 kits sound really good i was considering doing a single turbo setup a few months back but there was no one around that wanted to do anything with it, but your kits seem really good, and the price is really good too, might put the plans back on, wouldnt be interested for a few months though, good work.

Hey kyle we finally got around to finishing off the tune on my car at the moment it standands at around 12psi of boost with the cam I got from luke vl advanced 6 degrees the turbo is making full boost just on 4000 rpm not too shabby for the size of the turbo ! It is still only running a soft tune so it could push some more out but the wether is too hot up here at the moment and my na 5sp needs to last a bit longer yet lol oh and the Na bottem end is holding up real nice ;)



This is the bay as it looks now .... in need of a degrease bad !

haha, nice mate, that very good spool for that big ass turbo, I didn't think it would be on till 4500-4800, its a big sucker!!! And plain bearing!!! Good power mate, will be interesting to see how long it lasts though;)

hey kyle look i know how to hook up the lines to the external gate but carnt see how it works, can you please explain to me how it works so i have a better knowledge? and can i use the dual stage off my old internal gate set up? thanks

the pipe on the top, point down, doesn't do anything, it's a pressure reliease for the gate, as when the spring moves it lets air in and out of the gate,

the pipe on the side is the one u want to hook your controller to as u would do to a standard turbo actuator,

u need to either tap an fitting of the front housing before it starts into the intercooler piping or connect it off the manifold, and then adjust your boost levels

the above is how i'm doing mine

So i would be right in assuming that the Dump pipe goes under the passengers side manifold, this is going to make plug changing tricky.

I know it obviously cant go over the top of the manifold - as the back runner to firewall has about 1.5" of room and you would never get a pipe down there.

Care to elaborate on the dump pipe location?? under the kframe is certainally an option. Im interested to know where its running - ive got another turbo 304 to do and am thinking about running the turbo 90deg to the engine on the pass side, and run the dump pipe across in front of the engine and turn it between the mount/k-frame.

love the work ive seen so far Kyle

im wonder would u b able to a custom dump pipe for my setup.
rb25det rear housing. fashioned much like what u sell with the manifold kits.
as the manifold im using ex-gibson racing (r31) has the turbo hanging much like a VL/T

Sorry mate, I don't do dump pipes at the moment, besides which, most exhaust shops would charge less to fabricate it on the car when you rejoin it to your exhaust than most people(myself included) around here would charge you for a fabricated item anyway.
