replacing brake hoses. VL & VP rear calipers the same?

I am replacing all the rubber brake hoses on the VL as the old ones are showing signs of perishing. I have previously done a disc brake conversion on the rear using VP parts.

Since then I have learnt that the flaring on VN series 2 and up is different to VL. Having said this they fitted up ok when I did the conversion and have never leaked.

My question is are the VL and VP rear brake calipers the same fittings for the brake hoses? If they are then am I ok to use normal VL brakes hoses? Otherwise I guess I need to get custom ones made to suit the VL flare on the diff.

Cheers
Nick

Get news ones made, they're so cheap. Just take the old parts in tell them how you want it done.

Cheers. I have worked out that VL and VP calipers are the same so normal VL ones will fit.
