Giogattolo - Not a "Walky' but had a rear mounted Walkinshaw built V8



Anybody seen one of these lately?? Not that I could afford one (very much doubt it anyway) but the last one I saw for sale was about 5 years ago for 60 odd grand I think. Would be interesting to see what price they would go for now as there's only a handful in existance.

Some might remember the yellow twin turbo '"JUDGE" that that was destroyed in a crash at eastern creek, killing the owner about 5 years ago.

Here's a video of it on the dyno with some wicked backfire.

Yep raced against one at the creek years ago very nice looking car just a copy of alpha GTV mid mount 308 back in the day.these where made in Brisbane somewhere.

Weighed 1080kg. 0-100 in 5.4 sec. Not bad for something built in 1986. Check out the rear end on it...

yep awsome car such a long word in italian but when translated to english means "toy" lol ,they used to pop up sometimes in unique cars a few years back for 60+think i seen one for 80-90+ in 2004 sometime again in unique cars,anyone remember the blue one with the polished b 45,s damn that was sexy.....also remember the judge todd wilkes 850 + hp twin turbo one and the poor bloke died in it !!!!!!

I know I have an in-depth article about the creation and history of these somewhere in the mountain of magazines here. It was written sometime in the last few years, perhaps for an issue of "Australian Muscle Car"?
