Vs calais wheel hub moving

hey guys

the other day i was changing my rear back brake pads and as i went to put the tyre back on i noticed my wheels was loose and moving side to side , all i know is have a whinning noise when driving i already got told that is my bearings , but what is causing my wheel to wiggle while it is jacked up ?

IRS or live axle?

Have you put the wheel back on properly?

Its I.R.S , and yes we put it on correct , the nuts where all tight , but still the wheel moves , thinking of replacing the wheel hub
