VY-VZ Discussion

After the VL, I think the VY-Z shape is the best looking Commodore shape, so this thread is for Discussion on that.

Post any tuff pics you got. I'm really starting to like the 2-Tone Paint jobs starting to come out more and more on the VT-X shape but have yet to have seen this on a VY-Z so post a pic if you got that

Agreed, I've got a VZ for my daily and its pretty sweet - just stock standard but no complaints from me. Good on fuel, aircon works, cruise control, power is ok. Would be better if they had 4x power windows not just the front 2 with the execs!

What KM's you guys getting to a tank with the 6?

I got an 05 vz, cheap and reliable, usually get about 700km's per tank with the v6, stock as a rock daily and more comfortable drivin to work at 1am in the cold than the 20 yr old vl

and the added bonus of almost no attention from the cops!

Here's my VY exec
ive put a VZ rear bar and lights on it
put white sideskirts on it, and colour coded the door strips and front bumper, and painted the headlights to look like SS ones
lowered on SSL's and SSSL's on 20's

I second that.

I'd like to pick up a VY SS sedan as a daily in a few years, probably in red, blue or black.

This is my other half's VY - I like the car personally, and as a daily driver its never missed a beat.

My work car is a VZ - must admit I prefer the Alloytech over Emotech - but as Steve said it does the job perfectly.
