the wife and i are heading to canberra this weekend to see her family and im wondering what is there to do on a weekend in the ACT
is there much sight seeing or nightlife there

could see Parliment House, or go anywhere near the lake (its nice to chill out at).

nightlife is alright, depending on what you like. there are nice bars like suburban and a couple others in ****son, which are good for a ****tail and a relax

don't reckon you should hit the clubs tho, especially around moose/icbm area, prety crap and mostly just drunk 18yr olds getting into punch ups and vomiting in the toilets.

Not too bad, mornings are still a little cold (well not for canberra people) but the days are nice early spring, with a bit of warmth in the sun.

i learnt the hard way that shorts and canberra dont really go well together its not as bad as i thought it would be here
