hey guys im rebuilding 1 of my engines at the moment currently looking at some acl forged pistons but not sure which compression ratio to go for they come in 8.5:1 and 7.8:1 ive herd the 7.8:1 ratio makes it to lagy any ideas? im looking at spending quite a bit of money on it so any ideas would be helpful such as conrods and fuel system

sedges are the most helpful people ive ever delt with, got all the head parts for mine overnighted and gave me a better trade than i could get going through my workshop accounts. Get to know the guys and you'll never look back!!
What sort of head work are you looking at?
I just got mine done for the charger, theres a lot more options out there than i had imagined
