Purple VL calais turbo

Had this in the other VL's section but now im off my P's and the turbo is on!

Original 87 VL calais turbo, but with A6 and MF5 instead of A8 and MX7 (will be getting new box soon)

[EXTERIOR]
- Purple with blue pearl bare metal respray
- Brand new lights, garnish, bumpers, almost all exterior parts
- Lowered suspension
- Very straight panels

[INTERIOR]
- All electrical options and all are working:
- sunroof
- Electrical windows
- Electrical mirrors
- Central locking, alarm, immobilizer
- VR SS seats embroided with "Calais"
- New carpet in car and in boot
- Very neat and tidy throughout

[OTHER]
At the moment i have MF5 and series 2 A6 RB30. (These will be changed soon)
- Battery relocated to the boot
- Standard turbo setup with front mount (only runing 6-8psi until new box is in)

Older pics before turbo and front mount were on can be found here (interior shots too):

Just put my Speedy 20 inch wheels on. Guards need to be rolled a bit more (bout 5mm of clearance if that) and the car is filthy! HAH!

Was going to sell it, then changed my mind. Just bought radiator and twin thermos and hopefully getting forward facing plenum this week. Trying to neaten up the bay a bit.

Also got a tune at maatouks.

The rear rims are back off, one went flat from scrubbing the sidewall. How the fk do you ppl fit 20s without scrubbing??? TIPS?!

The correct offset wheels, 225 wide tyres, adjustable pan hard rod set up correctly and roller guards. Get everyone of those perfect and you wont have a problem

New radiator, forward facing plenum, twin thermos are all done AND WORKING!! Haha.

While i was doing it i decided to clean up a bunch of wiring.

Only problem i face is having the AFM infront of the front drivers side wheel. Im guessing i should find another spot before it rains?

Front guards just got rolled and the rear 20s now fit nicely with 225s and adjustable panhard rod.

So stoked at how much better the bay looks with the forward plenum!

No one can answer my previous question about the afm?
